Gaming in America

In America most of us play video games. Whether it be on consoles, our mobile devices, or PC. Over 4/5 American homes have some form of game entertainment. People of all ages play games; from toddler to grandparents over 155 million people play games. about 1.2 billion people world wide. For most of us it is just a form of entertainment. But for some it's a way of life. Some teens devote all their time to playing games while others compete for money. Gaming is a major part of our life. It allows us to escape reality. Daily activities produce stress. And whats a better stress reliever than blasting someones head off in COD or stealing some loot from bases in COC.

I think that gaming has impacted our culture in a good way by adding a new way to help us that is actually fun. We might not think it but games teach us life lessons, they improve our brain processing, our eye-sight, relieve stress, make our brain younger, and much much more. But most important gaming shows that we are free, creative thinkers who can do it in a fun way.
